This recipe was given to my mom by one of her neighbors in Tennessee. We made it one Thanksgiving holiday when we went down to visit my parents and it became a favorite! Meg posted a pineapple recently on Instagram and it reminded me of this recipe! This casserole pairs perfectly served along side turkey or ham!
